Thank you for participating in this survey, which is being carried out as part of the project "Co-Create to learn- Boosting Employability and Entrepreneurship via Centres of Learning and Co-operative Creativity".
Your answers to this questionnaire will help us develop the appropriate educational material, which will therefore be a more effective tool in your hands for your relevant educational activities.

To participate in this survey, you will be asked to provide some information that will be processed within the project framework and always in accordance with our relevant data management and protection policy, which can be found here. Please pay special attention to your rights regarding personal data. As part of our general policy, we provide the following information on data collection and processing in this survey:
There are cases where the data you provide can lead to identification. For example, you can provide your email address or phone number so we can contact you for clarification. In addition, the system will record the IP address of the device through which you complete the questionnaire.
Please note that the above mentioned data will be kept ONLY during the project and until delivery of results and completion of the relevant educational material. Next, the data will be held after full anonymisation-pseudonymisation that will not allow any recognition of the person who initially answered the questionnaire.
